Took me longer to upload than normally. I’ve been busy all morning and about to go bake some German Potato Pancakes 🥞

I WOKE UP AT 04:00, MY COFFEE HAD ALREADY BREWED AS I HAD SET IT UP LAST NIGHT AND PRESET IT FOR 03:45 THIS MORNING. I DID 3 LOADS OF LAUNDRY AND PUT IT ALL AWAY. EXERCISED ON THE TREADMILL; EVERY DAY I AM GOING TO WALK OR RUN LONGER ON THE TREADMILL, I DID 30 MINUTES THIS MORNING. I WASHED ALL THE DISHES. TOOK OUT THE TRASH. SWEPT. I HAVE BEEN ROCK N ROLLIN THIS MORNING.

NOW I JUST NEED TO USE ONE OF MY EMPTY NOTEBOOKS AS A GOAL NOTEBOOK SO I CAN KEEP TRACK OF MY GOALS AND HOW I AM GOING TO ACHIEVE EACH ONE. I AM GOING TO COME UP WITH A PLAN OF ACTION AND HOW TO EXECUTE MY GOALS.

30 MINUTES ON THE TREADMILL. I DIDN'T RUN THIS MORNING I JUST WALKED. I AM GOING TO START DOING A MIX OF RUNNING AND WALKING FROM NOW ON. I AM TRYING TO BUILD MYSELF UP. I AM GOING TO START TOMORROW OR LATER THIS EVENING.




A MESSAGE OF ENCOURAGEMENT TO LIFT UP MY FRIEND AYAEL. WHO HAS BEEN GOING THROUGH A TOUGH TIME HEALTH WISE.
